ROS™ may be useful if you want one place to organize your move abroad and work through planning questions. It may be more than you need if you only want a short checklist or one answer. Start with the smallest option that fits the problem you need to solve.
This is an explanation from Global Systems Studio, the company that sells ROS™. It is not an independent review. We want you to understand what you would pay for before deciding.
What is ROS™?
ROS™ means Relocation Operating System™. It is a set of guides, checklists and planning tools for moving abroad. The online plans use Notion as the place to find and use your resources.
You still do the research and carry out your move. The tools help you organize the questions and tasks. They do not book movers, get a visa approved, find a home for you or replace professional advice.
What can you buy?
There are three main types of paid help:
- Downloads: books, workbooks and planners you use yourself. Paid tools start at $19.
- Answers and calls: written Q&A is $97 for up to three questions. The Clarity Session is $497 for a 45-minute call.
- Online plans: a planning space with guides and tools for a set access period.
| Plan | Price | Initial access | Main need |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $897 | 6 months | Planning a move on your own |
| Digital Nomad | $897 | 6 months | Planning a move while working remotely |
| Family Edition | $1,197 | 9 months, 2 users | Planning a household move together |
| Entrepreneur | $1,597 | 9 months | Planning a move and business setup |
| Legacy | $1,997 | 12 months | Planning a long-term home or residency |
| Investor | $2,497 | 12 months | Researching investments, property and residency |
Each plan has its own extras. A higher price does not include Family Edition’s two-user access or school and childcare guides. Compare the full details before buying.
How would you use it?
- Open the start-here guide.
- Write down who is moving, where you are considering and what you need to know.
- Use the included guides and tools to research your options.
- Confirm legal, tax, immigration, investment and medical questions with licensed professionals.
For example, a family may use the school research guide before comparing neighborhoods. A remote worker may use the visa and banking guides to list questions for the relevant providers. These are examples of how to use planning tools, not promised outcomes.
When might a smaller option be enough?
If you are only starting to think about moving, try the free Five Questions guide. If you want a file to work through yourself, look at the books and workbooks. If you have three focused questions, written Q&A may be more suitable than a full online plan.
Before buying, name the problem you want help with. Then check whether the included tools address it and whether you have time to use them.
What happens after payment?
Online plan access starts after completed payment and a signed agreement. GSS follows up to set up your planning space. Renewal is optional; ask about its duration and terms before paying for renewal. All sales are final, with no refunds. Review the sales policy.
Can I ask before paying?
Yes. Book a free 15-minute Discovery Call. Tell Charlene what you need to organize and ask which option, if any, fits. There is no pressure to buy.
