Forms and email
Our optional forms collect the email address and, when provided, first name you enter. The quiz can also save your readiness summary; the calculator can save your selected destination. These form details are sent to MailerLite to manage your request and the planning emails described on the form. Free guide delivery uses Gmail. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails.
You can read and download Five Questions Before Moving Abroad without signing up. Purchase and service follow-up are separate from marketing emails.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, visitor sources and interactions such as a completed email signup, a booking-link click or a PayPal checkout-link click. Our custom analytics events do not include your email, name, quiz answers or readiness score. Google Analytics may use cookies and other identifiers under its own terms. A checkout or booking click does not establish that a purchase or appointment was completed.
Payments, bookings and other services
Payments open on PayPal; appointments open on Google Calendar. Those providers collect the information needed for their services. Global Systems Studio receives order and contact details for purchase follow-up and fulfillment. Downloads may open in Google Drive. Optional translation uses Google Translate. These services have their own privacy terms.
Contact and sensitive information
For help with an order, email your order reference. Please do not submit passports, account statements, health records or payment-card details through our website forms, chat or ordinary email. Beth is an automated guide to website offers and does not provide a secure document-intake service.
